Unfortunately, the year is staring off with a State Government mandated 3 day lockdown of the greater Brisbane area. This lockdown starts from 6pm Friday 8 January and will continue until 6pm on Monday, 11 January.
Women’s Legal Service Queensland offices were due to open on Monday, 11 January. However, in light of the lockdown, WLS has decided to shut all offices and extend the WLS Christmas / New Year closure period by one day. This means that WLS offices will now open on Tuesday, 12 January.
Evening legal advice drop in sessions continue to be unavailable due to health restrictions.
